Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Certification, Registration, Pre-qualification: The Ohio Department of Transportation Office of Contracts, DBE section can be contacted at (614)728-8499 or (800) 459-3778 to participate in their DBE program in the construction of Ohio highways. Technical Assistance Resources: The Ohio Department of Development offers management, technical, financial, contract procurement assistance, loan, grant, and bond packaging services.
